Make Doll Leather Shoes – DIY at Home
Doll leather shoes are not as difficult to make as you might think. In this tutorial, I will make doll leather shoes in a simple way. At the end of the article, there will be a pattern of leather shoes. You can print the pattern and cut it, and then try to make this simple shoe at home.

Tutorial steps for doll leather shoes
1. First cut the pattern (the pattern can be found at the end of the article), then place it on the leather, draw a mark on the leather with a pencil/awl and cut the leather.
Before cutting the leather, test whether the shoe pattern is suitable for your doll. Place the pattern on your doll’s feet to check if it fits properly.
2. Make holes in the upper according to the position of the photo, the hole will be used to wear laces.
3. According to the position of the photo mark, make flat holes for sewing thread on the leather. And then stitch on the leather.
4. Use the same method to drill and stitch in the sole part.
5. Apply super glue (or shoe stick) on the other side of the sole, please be careful not to apply it on the smooth side of the leather and stick it on.
6. Cut off the excess leather with a trowel and sand the edges.
7. Apply Leather Finish Burnishing Gum (for trimming leather) and sand it with a wooden stick until the leather edge is smooth
8. Add the laces and you’re done a doll leather shoes！
You can change the material, color, decoration, height of shoes to make them look like you want!
