  • Are all these books in English?
    All of books including Japanese, Chinese, Korean and English. This will be indicated on the product content page. However the language of the book is not important. Because you can understand the process through symbols, charts and images.
  • Is this a physical book?
    This is an eBook (electronic book) not a real book
  • What application do I need to open the download file?
    You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print this file. Download for free from http://get.adobe.com/reader/
  • What format should I use when printing e-books?
    I suggest print in A4 size. After print out the pattern, please cut the pattern and put on doll body to confirm the size again.
  • How do I download my order?
    After you completes online payment, you will receive a confirmation email which containing a link to download the ebook. The link is valid for 30 days.
  • Why can't I find the download mail?
    If you're having trouble with your email order links, please feel free to contact me. I can resend the link to your email.
  • How soon can I receive the product?
    Delivery: INSTANT DOWNLOAD. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed.
  • How can I refund or return my order?
    For digital pattern files, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NO REFUND is offered once the files have been sent or downloaded. However I am glad to resend any file that has been corrupted or does not work in instant download. Please contact me if you have any questions.
  • What payment methods are available?
    This website accepts PayPal and credit card payments provided by Stripe, including VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay, AMEX, etc.
  • Do I need to pay for shipping?
    Please note that this is a ebook (PDF file) which contains all the doll clothes tutorial as you seen above. The files will be available for download immediately after purchase, no shipping needed!
  • My order is showing failed/pending in PayPal.
    If this happens and you did pay with PayPal and you see it went through your PayPal by visiting your PayPal account and noting the payment was accepted, please submit a support ticket with your store email address so we can manually push it through. Sometimes, PayPal does not communicate back to our shopping cart for some strange reason and it shows failed or pending.
  • I cannot get my login/password to work.
    We are sorry to hear that! Are You Registered? First off, make sure that you have registered on our website and purchased from us int he past. You wouldn't have a user account and password unless you did that. Try Manually Entering Your Password Next, if you are copying and pasting your password from a note, make sure that you aren’t accidentally picking up an extra blank space before or after when copying. Try typing the password in to see if that resolves. When In Doubt Reset Your Password If that doesn’t work, you can reset your password. Click on My Account, and choose the Forgot Password link on this screen. It will be emailed to you. Sometimes, if you don’t receive your email the issue is that you entered your email incorrectly when you registered with us. In this case, email us at miss.snowman.hk@gmail.com using the email address associated with your account. Using your store email links to your orders and speeds up support solutions.
  • Do you offer phone support?
    At this time, we are unable to offer phone support due to our very small business. You can sent an email and we are happy to support you.
